COVID-19: Mental Health Resources
Are you experiencing additional anxiety with the news of COVID-19? You are not alone. The Southern Nevada API Queer Society (#SNAPIQS) has compiled a list of resources to help inform and possibly lessen the anxiety around COVID-19.
Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations. How you respond to the outbreak can depend on your background, the things that make you different from other people, and the community you live in. Southern Nevada API Queer Society (#SNAPIQS) is here to help
- The CDC has created a dedicated page on their website for Mental Health and Coping with COVID-19, with an emphasis on the fact that everyone reacts differently to stressful situations.
Please reach out to the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center by phone or email for mental health provider referrals. Some Nevada providers have made telehealth options available.
